They had forced me to give resignation letter. Due to I was in bench 35 days . They gave trainees as pyspark but they didn't provided as our skill based Project.

It used to be the best company before current ceo who is charging high and not paying to eligible employees

There is no transparency in policies, no promotion, no hikes, they lay you off by moving you to bench and force you to resign or terminate, worst greedy ceo ever

There's lots of opportunities to grow and get skilled in latest technologies. Certification opportunities and widely available. Work Life balance vary from project to project.

Dislikes

Even though the fixed components are higher than many companies, it's quite less compared to many leading it giants. The yearly increment is very less and it's zero to none for freshers. Appraisal of 5 star rating is almost never given even after going above and beyond expectations. You'll be compensated with bare minimum cheer points.

Dislikes

Leads are not updating themselves and putting the entire responsibility on the juniors. Though it helps the juniors to learn and grow, but when it's time for their promotion they find out reasons for not giving.

Manager and Team lead are very supportive, which help us to maintain work-life balance.

No proper management.. Very bad response and reply from HR.. Delay in appraisals. No proper project management. All these results in very very very poor bad job security.

It was giving decent salary and bonuses as well as promotions. But not anymore

No salary increment happened over a year and no official notice had been provided. Not much opportunity given to those who want to learn and grow. People seeking opportunity in a particular technology is not actively given a chance.
