Less hike for existing employees. Pressure from manager and HR to complete internal assessments which will be or may not considered for appraisal which depends on manager

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Company invests in learning, initiates learning opportunity in Cloud technologies. Company sponsored online learning platforms like Udemy, Pluralsight. Work life balance depends on the project however in general they keep all the resource engaged and frequent ramp down and ramp up's.

I like Cognizant because they are providing good platform/opportunities to Freshers. Really CTS is a Good management. But one thing, they didn't provide hike at the correct time. Coming to Job security, if you have talent you can sustain otherwise we can't. It's not for CTS, applicable to other MNC's also.

They always delays the merit / year end hike and they won't give at the correct time. I am arts graduate student, we don't have career growth in Cognizant. Ex: For arts graduate people need to wait for 3 years atleast to get for the first promotion (Programmer Analyst) but Engineer graduate pe ople will get it in one year by default</mark>. After that we need to wait for another 2 or 3 years to get next promotion but Engineer graduates 2 years default they will get it....Read More
