Dislikes: Hike and the ratings are absolutely worse as they compare with your peers and downgrade stating as normalisation. I got downgraded twice and was told both the times as next time will take care but useless<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Absolutely zero appreciation of hard work here</mark>. Max 2 years and then switch.

Epam - 28 fixed
Citi - 30 fixed
If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? Please give you suggestions. My Last working day is 31 March 2025.
