Cognizant is a great place to work- For a fresher its a nice place for learning in the starting stage. You will be having cab facility and cafeteria. Work culture is good and a friendly place.

Salary will not be satisfied for the fresher but for experienced salary is good otherwise it a super place for work.

There is only one dislike I have to share was the pay scale which was too low and the hike percentage was extremely low, and the working hours was 10 hrs.

Its one of my best company ever if u want to balance both personal and work life easily so u can blindly join CTS,very good work culture no work pressure its a place of learning new things,and im really happy to work with an innovative peoples..many freshers they having a lots of dreams about 1st company if u get a job here dont miss it unless u will lost a great opportunity...best company always..

Work environment career growth job security and salary its much better than ur expectation but there is politics in some areas if u are ready to face u can survive easily.
