The best part of the company is the job stability. In the hard times when there was recession world wide, Infosys was the only company standing beside their employees and supporting them.

Dislikes

The only drawback is the salary and facilities.The salary and appraisal is worst. No good salary or hike is given any year.the variable pay is also confusing.

Hi Infosys is good infrastructure to work in a company it's so flexible to work good process to work

Salary is not high to work in process need good salary and one more insurance about company is not covering with family need to cover the family insurance also

Salary is too low as per industry standards. You Can get yearly salary hike 3% and even if you are hardworker then also you will get 3% salary hike only.

They simply said that sorry we can’t help you. & The most important thing there are so many facilities available for employees but you have to pay of every facility like crèche, parking facility etc. if u want internal transfer in another team or location then forget that you will ever get transfer at your place.

Terrible & untrustworthy people especially HR & Transport team
