Training will be moderate and you cant expect salary hike as well no will dream about appraisal here. work-life balance may happen depending upon your team you work. work environment will be great. Cognizant gives you a high job Security. To be frank All the above factors depends upon the team and domain you work. Except Appraisal and Salary Hike.

As like many Organizations, appraisal depends on how smooth you behave with the supervisor not on how hard you work.If you have common area between you and supervisor then you will be awarded a best of all bucket.But not all, few people will be genuine with the process. once in bench you will have to wait for ages to get another Project.

I was happy at the beginning as a course of time it starts to bore.And its truly my fault. One cannot blame the environment. i have experienced more than 5 Months in Bench without any Project which badly affects my Productivity.Hectic/Fractuated.
