In this company job security is average,but culture is good , management is one sided but not bad and companies policies are good,in this company we get our salary on time

I haven't worked with a company which do not have proper management, but yes cogent was that company which is running without any management. Good luck to you guys.

Dislikes

The way you treat your employees, that's terrible. They also have their personal life but you don't understand that. There is a suggestion for you guys never send me a feedback mail again.

I don’t like here anything. They guys are doing work like as a labour even they force u that just do work on ur week off .. u can’t out from the main gate in working hours like a jail .. I think it’s one of the worst company of Noida...
