No job security, No peace of mind, TL’s come and shout at agents and takes out their frustration and sometimes no week off as well even if it’s in the roaster managers will still ask you to login on your week off and pressurise you for sales if the target is not met which is impossible to reach and make you extend your shift to reach daily target after all this your salary can be kept on hold anytime 😂, leaves are very difficult to be approved and you need to beg for your papers to be accepted 👍 rest everything is fine 😁...Read More
