Team is supportive but the management needs to be modified

Dislikes

Management are so mean, they are never reply to any agent and they are having complimentary off option which is valid for 3 months but they do not care about it and it's going expire but they do not provide leaves to us. If in case we want leaves then they are providing us unpaid leaves even if we have leaves in our bucket

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
