Work life balance is not there atleast in my team. Even though Saturdays are off they expect us to work and provide no compensation. Capgemini does not pay overtime compensation instead they give Comp off which we can avail easily because no proper back-up in the team.

The ambience is good.

My manager and team lead, they tend to give responsibility who don't work while hardworking employees do get recognition but no responsibilities as that is given who hang around with them, they have been trying to find out ways to go after my job, but when malpractices done by their so called friends, they protect them like their own babies.

It's very good for new joiner not for experienced person.

I am serving CG more then 31 months but no promotion or salary hike they are giving 1 to 2 percent hike for 2 years. We canot easily connect with HR. TL and Managers are ultimate.
