After finishing your main technical round they said you are selected n 2nd round will be soon, but if they get someone who is expecting less Ctc then theyll go to that person leaving you miserable.  They dont answer your calls and 2nd time again i have given interview it was very good but they said due to business constraints they werent able to select, like If your salary is 9Lpa now, they'll expect you to switch to that company by 10/11Lpa
