Want Some Advice
"Feeling the weight of work-life imbalance"
"I'm finding it increasingly difficult to juggle the demands of my work with my personal life."
"Long hours are leaving me with little time for family,"
"Constant pressure to be available is impacting my mental health,"
"Lack of flexibility makes it impossible to attend important personal events."
I'm concerned about the long-term impact this is having on my well-being and am seeking advice from others who may be experiencing similar challenges.

I also has experienced similar imbalance. Where I will slog from morning 9 to night 8to9p.m. Its not only me the whole organization might have a practice of working like that.
We are also human beings and this long working hours for consecutive years will have a huge impact on mental and physical health. Better jump to different organization if that is your priority
