Nothing is good. If u join as a fresher that will be biggest mistake. No skills improvement. People at higher position being so so rude. Start up is better than that, atleast we will get less but work satisfaction will be there. In Capgemini work satisfaction and salary both are not good.

1. Increments 2. Most of the Senior management people are frauders. 3. No job security. They will reduce people every year in all its location over India. Not sure about other countries. 4. They will just buy other competitive companies and sack their employees

Appraisals and promotions are a big no to you unless you get in to a billable role which is entirely not your job role as a developer. I have been on bench for 2 years and non billable role for q year still haven't gotten rs. 1 increment. CTC got increased with a big change in salary structure resulting decrement in take home salary. The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts.
