They are more focused on people who are coming from tier-1 colleges they will give more salaries to tier-1 colleges. And employees who have been working for the past 2 years will never increase their salary but they will give 8+ LPA who come from Tier-1 colleges they don't check the knowledge they want IIT, NIT, BITS, etc
