Working in Capgemini was really a good experience. The best part which I liked about Capgemini is I was the architect of my own career. Project Assignment was very quick for me. In my entire close to 4 years tenure in Capgemini I was never on bench. I had an excellent bonding with the client.

There is nothing to like about working at Capgemini, It was a nightmare for me.
Managers try to put in a spot, blaming you for something which you haven't done. They'll throw people out very easily. I have wasted 1 year just to get onboarding email from capgemini and later when I received, after my training, there were no projects and they wantedly conducted some exams, interviews and when we gave our 100%, gave all false feedback. I can never suggest Capgemini to anyone.
