No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

To be honest, with my 25+ years experience with multiple MNCs - I think Capgemini is at par. You get what you deserve.

Everything. Recruited me in Java role, placed in devops oriented monitoring role which I had no relation in skill set wise. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. They dont care about Work life balance .. in some projects u will need to work for more than 10 hrs daily.. Sometimes they missed to communicate important notifications with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Capgemini believes in work life balance. We used to have furloughs. Otherwise also tasks were not rushed. Sufficient time was given for each task. In case the task required to be hurried, time was later given to relax, before starting a new task. Trainings were good and knowledgeable. You were never denied leaves, provided you applied atleast 45 days in advance, for long leaves. Otherwise also managers and team leads were good and understanding. As mentioned, job stability was not there. Once you are out of a project and HRs are not showing enough interest to get you interviews for new projects, you should understand that the company wants you to quit. You would immediately understand this shift in behaviour, once you are out of a project and no one contacts you for next three weeks.
