No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

To be honest, with my 25+ years experience with multiple MNCs - I think Capgemini is at par. You get what you deserve.

Everything. Recruited me in Java role, placed in devops oriented monitoring role which I had no relation in skill set wise. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. Nothing is likable in this company. It's my worst decision to join this company.

No promotion or hike, useless mandatory trainings with longest hours sometimes even more than your deliverables, They ask to come to office but have no parking space so you will have to park your vehicle almost over 1km and walk from there, most expensive cafes where even shevpuri costs 40rs, no good food options, they force to learn new things but don't give any chance to actually implement those even after asking for years. No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.
