its great to start with capgemini, they had wast Verity's of projects for explorer mind, if you want to learn new technologies capgemini in best place for the sam.

Dislikes

compensation is low compare to market standard,HR need to be more clear about the facts and policies , need more focus on client base employees. 3 month's notice period for non it executive is big hectic as nobody wants to wait for 90 days.

Capgemini is a great place to work, I been worked with CG for 1.8 years as a senior associate, this is my 3rd MNC and learnt many things.

Dislikes

One and important problem found is management inefficiency (irresponsibility) I would say. Lac of coordination, partiality, trying to steal budget amounts etc..
