1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. Whole project is depending on only one employee rather than sharing it with atleast 2 if in case of emergency. 5. HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees? I have all the documents and worked genuinely for all companies and requested to HR to check that period of time companies functioning or not. HR disconnected the call and no response for calls or messages. HR unprofessional behavior disappointed . My humble request all, Pls don't join Capgemini they not following any standard policies. Very bad appraisal, and no value for the loyalty. The hard work goes vain, nobody notices. No promotion..No proper recognition and benefits. No guidelines followed for the promotion, talent hunt.

Since my day1 is in Wells Fargo client location, I can't give more reviews on Capgemini but can share wells Fargo review if required.

Dislikes

They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.
