Branded MNC & learnt alot of skills, and mainly experience is valuable(as it's a branded MNC)for more promotion jobs in future.

Dislikes

No job security. 60-70% protocols for termination, even if u work hard, if you can't do showoff infront of your manager, in her mind she thinks you don't have knowledge.

I like that its working in hybrid model. Also it follows every ethics strictly. Very safe office premises.

Dislikes

Technically growth has slow down in Capg from last 1 year. No appraisals or promotions even after giving best.

There is nothing to like about working at Capgemini, It was a nightmare for me.

Dislikes

Managers try to put in a spot, blaming you for something which you haven't done. They'll throw people out very easily. I have wasted 1 year just to get onboarding email from capgemini and later when I received, after my training, there were no projects and they wantedly conducted some exams, interviews and when we gave our 100%, gave all false feedback. I can never suggest Capgemini to anyone.

It's a funding indian Elections and AI. You told me to go for vacations and you terminate me. Even you didn't provide me 1 month leaves that was accumulate by me for last 3-4 years. Pandit, Muslim and Lower caste is a combination which used to make business down and you can see the share market. That's why we facing riot's these days.

Dislikes

Company has a political inclinations towards a certain political party i.e. Congress lead front. Company has huge management cost which should be reduced. It's a Non Indian Multinational company which a threat to security. You is supporting to certain caste. Too much women friendly and too much muslim friendly. You are not focus on your employees. You are helping other companies.

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . HR professionals do not join Capgemini. The worst thing is the company culture, If you have enough butter and oil then an individual can grow here. No upskilling and opportunities in IJP. The HR doesn't share full HR Policy about benefits and appraisal and HR manual to employees. Annual increment depends on manager biased. The worst part is 90 days notice period without any buyout option. The company interview is full of drama and they'll put you in a servicedesk job and make your job profile worst everyday. Managers are not knowledgeable about process and procedures they hire wrong professional for the wrong position.
