People management is worst here. They don’t have any knowledge and sitting there for 15-20 years doing nothing except troubling other folks. They threaten people to put on bench or to give PIP or to extend their last working day or provide feedback which will ruin their career. HR does not exist . Management is useless. Lot of work pressure. No work life balance .

1. Got oppertunity in the tough times. 2. Good thing that they give team lunch twice a year & team outing once a year. 3. Can get senior most experienced in a junior position. 4. Good Job Security. Until & Unless you resign the job. 5. Provides leaves if we apply prior to 1-2 months.

1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. The work timing are so flexible, atleast in my project. The client side technical team are so supportive and encourages to learn new technologies and gives a chance to implement in the project.

They ask us to come to office 3 days a week but you cannot visit the nearest office though you don't have a team to collaborate in the specified location they ask you to visit that office which is not even necessary atleast to complete the 3 days/week policy they can allow us to visit the nearest office. Safe and sound job as i was deployed at client site .No issues as such apart from 0 to 5% yearly hike only .

Dislikes

0 to 5% yearly hike hardly . No promotions . If someone has 10 LPA then 2-3% hike means nothing . Project change next to impossible though they have 18 months rule . 0 Variable for year you exit from company

No Hikes, No Promotions. Top Leadership is Old. They don’t understand the changing trends. They have not changed their mindset with the time. If you are lucky you may get some good project otherwise you will struggle.
