Capgemini is a goodcompany, because of some N+1 s its going very bad, need to give training to N+1s, they have to improve people management skills, some N+1 s dont know how to deal the situations, floor dicipline, HR also listen N+1 words, they dont bother about employee, they want only client satisfaction, ratings also they will give what hey want.Because of this type of N+1 Capgemini reputation will damage....Read More

The way they identify the resources to be kicked out, tag them keep them on bench let them try for IJP and don't select, bench ages and there you got a valid reason to kick out the target. Survived for a while because of the good Director (good leader and knows the resources at the ground level as well who work for his BU), reporting manager and colleagues...

Career growth is not there. They don't provide good salary also. If they give u promotion, then also the increment u r supposed to get, they include most of it in variable so that if anyone leaves organisation, it will be their profit. No job security.

Dislikes

Average hike is 5%.do more innovation, then they will say , why these many resources are required. They fire experienced resources and every week schedule interview. Few accounts like Morgan Stanley is very good. They think about employees. Most of the account s are worst, no job security. Even they compel ladies to come at night shift for production support.
