It's aa good workplace and I like the project as a fresher I learnt lot of things in the Capgemini which are helpful for me in future

Just one thing as a location which we work but as per the client they ask us to shift it's not company one but it will be good if we get nearest office form our place as a base location

Will not get expected increment and promotion on time. And don’t like the bench policy for freshers. Also I don’t like the domain rule we need At least flexibility so we can grow up based on our skill we can switch the domain but capgemini not support that

There is no negetive feedback about Capgemini. Maximum peoples saying Capgemini is a best company to build your career. I'm also sure that here in Capgemini your work life balance is good. All Capgemini employees will support you. All are having helping nature. Capgemini management is awesome.

Since my day1 is in Wells Fargo client location, I can't give more reviews on Capgemini but can share wells Fargo review if required.

Dislikes

They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.
