Currently I'm working on my third project at Capgemini, and what I appreciate the most is supportive environment. My manager and team are always encouraging, making it easy to collabourate, learn and grow. The exposure to diverse projects and technologies has beed invaluable in shaping my automaiton testing skills

one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies. HR is not responsive .They dont reply mails .Dont join any Gurugaon based project .they will Harras you like anything .they will make your life hell .if they will not increment is fine but atleast don't torture people . Some managers like Abhishek Jain , Gunjan Chopra they will hound you like anything.They force you to leave the job .

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . After working day and night for a support project for one whole year my manager told me that I have not given a single drop to the project in triage. HR professionals do not join Capgemini. The worst thing is the company culture, If you have enough butter and oil then an individual can grow here. No upskilling and opportunities in IJP. The HR doesn't share full HR Policy about benefits and appraisal and HR manual to employees. Annual increment depends on manager biased. The worst part is 90 days notice period without any buyout option. The company interview is full of drama and they'll put you in a servicedesk job and make your job profile worst everyday. Managers are not knowledgeable about process and procedures they hire wrong professional for the wrong position. There is under staffing managers forces employees to do extra hour Shifts. Logging on weekends. There is no overtime payment policy. 1 person is tasked to do 2 persons work, also there is no increment in salary.
