I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Toxic nature. In my I don't have any projects my supervisor assigned me though tasks ( Full app, application, chat bot dataverse tables etc) I have only 1.5 years of experience only I said but he doesn't leason to me and given to months time only for complete it. At least lost my job.

Pick and drop facility. One point I wanted to highlight that is related to PF. They deposited pf at their own trust and at the time of transferring the amount from trust to epfo they don't follow the epfo policy and the results you cannot transfer your pf from old account to new company account. I leave the company on 2021 and triedto transfer the pf to my new company pf account but couldn't do it as Capgemini didn't maintain the eps. I have raised the concer to Capgemini on 2022 but still they did not make the corrections and they continuously harrassing me and some of my ex colleague who are facing the same and for that I cannot withdrawal a single penny at the time of my crisis. Few managers like Ram Kulkarni is the worst guy. He will spoil your career. He does not know anything technically but he is a borden in the team. He will ask feedback to eachother and don't believe on anyone's capabilities.

The work timing are so flexible, atleast in my project. The client side technical team are so supportive and encourages to learn new technologies and gives a chance to implement in the project.

They ask us to come to office 3 days a week but you cannot visit the nearest office though you don't have a team to collaborate in the specified location they ask you to visit that office which is not even necessary atleast to complete the 3 days/week policy they can allow us to visit the nearest office. But how they can allow employees to be relax!! You need to travel extra 1 hour just to be in the office alone. They will give you promotions without any hike or just 1K/month as a hike....Read More
