Capgemini believes in work life balance. We used to have furloughs. Otherwise also tasks were not rushed. Sufficient time was given for each task. In case the task required to be hurried, time was later given to relax, before starting a new task. Trainings were good and knowledgeable. You were never denied leaves, provided you applied atleast 45 days in advance, for long leaves. Otherwise also managers and team leads were good and understanding. As mentioned, job stability was not there. Once you are out of a project and HRs are not showing enough interest to get you interviews for new projects, you should understand that the company wants you to quit. You would immediately understand this shift in behaviour, once you are out of a project and no one contacts you for next three weeks.

No information about the last working day untill the last working day. Even after followup for 1 continuous month, there is no clear information about the work order extension. I asked the manager about the work order extension for every single day and no reply about it. Ensure you have rapo with your vertical head or manager, more than your project manager. Because if your are thrown out of current project, you will be deployed to the new project by your vertical head. Some projects require mandatory work from office. You will not get to know untill the project go live. Transition project is worst, because current project handling company will not be easily handover the KT to the new team. Multiple information will not be provided properly. You will be always considered as choice for temporary period. Once the transition is completed and project goes live, old company employee will replace you at anytime. Since my day1 is in Wells Fargo client location, I can't give more reviews on Capgemini but can share wells Fargo review if required.
They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.

Wolk life balance is good here. Depending upon the project you need to go to the office. Some projects ask the employees to come for 5 days in a month. But some asks to report for 12 days a month
Ratings are based on your projects. Even if you work extremely you will 2 to 3 percent hike. Don't expect a good rise for each year. And if you get rejected in any of the project interviews, stayed for 1 or 2 month in bench you will be put into the 4th bucket and you will not receive your hike and variable pay. None of the morons will have this kind of rules.
