Toxic nature. In my I don't have any projects my supervisor assigned me though tasks ( Full app, application, chat bot dataverse tables etc) I have only 1.5 years of experience only I said but he doesn't leason to me and given to months time only for complete it. At least lost my job.

Everything. Recruited me in Java role, placed in devops oriented monitoring role which I had no relation in skill set wise. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. No increment or hike for years and years despite performance .One has to develop a good relationship with upper management even if he/she doesn't work or perform at all....you will be eligible for promotion and when incremented salary comes that too has alot of variable in it.

In CG if you are right project you will get promotion on time and good appraisal as well. There are some projects where people are stuck on same profile with no promotion for more than 5 years also.

Dislikes

Annual appraisal from last 4 years were not good. This is something CG need to take care. Bcoz if people won't be satisfied and happy company can't grow. Apart from this work culture is good and CG always promote Skills development to their employees.

No information about the last working day untill the last working day. Even after followup for 1 continuous month, there is no clear information about the work order extension. I asked the manager about the work order extension for every single day and no reply about it. Ensure you have rapo with your vertical head or manager, more than your project manager. Because if your are thrown out of current project, you will be deployed to the new project by your vertical head. Some projects require mandatory work from office. You will not get to know untill the project go live. Transition project is worst, because current project handling company will not be easily handover the KT to the new team. Multiple information will not be provided properly. You will be always considered as choice for temporary period. Once the transition is completed and project goes live, old company employee will replace you at anytime.
