There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

Skill Development and Learning opportunities projects are missing. No proper allocation of resources as per their skillset. Appraisal and hike is really bad.

Great place to start. Some luck plays a role to get projects. Even if you dont have that luck, there are plenty of resources available for learning and certifications. Absolutely free.
