There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

Dislikes

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

...happen in 2 years (that too is decided your management and their bell curve). 4. No overtime pay. 5. Less leaves. 6. No Diwali bonus. 7. No free food. 8. Underqualified and ill mannered management. Many of them can't even write emails properly or have any technical skills, but still will be managers over folks who are far more qualified than them. Such managers will never let you use your true potential, in fear of loosing their position. However, their every mistake will be not their mistake but your mistake. 9. You'll never be matched with the right profile matching your skills. If you are technical, you'll be put in a non-tech project and your ideas of automation/improvement will not be welcome. Vice-versa for non-tech person in tech projects. 10. No matter how hard you work by working late night till morning in helping others and managing critical issues; you'll not be appreciated, rewarded or even said thank you for your extra-mile efforts. Instead one small feedback or email from the client will be verdict of your management regarding your entire year's efforts and performance and your appraisal/promotion will be a joke. 11. Don't count HR for any grievance as they are fully in-line with your management, you have no chance in their alliance. I can tell more about this inhumane company, but I guess you get the gist.

Pros: Work life balance, Job security, good hikes, compensation benefits, good organization culture. Cons: Depends upon project whether you get good learning or not. Sometimes projects are mostly support project.

Dislikes

Slow learning as most of projects are support and hiring of resources should be on the basis of demand of the project technologies.

... and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
