Safe and sound job as i was deployed at client site .No issues as such apart from 0 to 5% yearly hike only .

Dislikes

0 to 5% yearly hike hardly . No promotions . If someone has 10 LPA then 2-3% hike means nothing . Project change next to impossible though they have 18 months rule . 0 Variable for year you exit from company

Very poor management and worthless rating structure. They often punish employees with BOTP if their ego not get satisfied they may even terminate you.

There is nothing you will like about this organisation even director level people resigned due to lack of trust in organisation and project bill ability

This is client oriented focused company so having more harassment in work and all policies are on paper only. No monitor on middle level management and listen only one side. If they don't like you, you don't have growth on your career, salary, promotion and end of the year wasting your efforts and time. Clients are happy but employees below middle level management are very sad.

Too much politics ...RMG, Hr and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company....Read More

They dont care about Work life balance .. in some projects u will need to work for more than 10 hrs daily.. Sometimes they missed to communicate important notifications with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Biased managers ruining the company culture, committed towards bringing their friends and family into organisation and giving all appraisal money to them. If you don't have any source here you will not get any hike.

Working in Capgemini was really a good experience. The best part which I liked about Capgemini is I was the architect of my own career. Project Assignment was very quick for me. In my entire close to 4 years tenure in Capgemini I was never on bench. I had an excellent bonding with the client.

Dislikes

Appraisal and benefits Reward were less Even after upgrading my skills, I was never interviewed for any other projects.
