Work life balance was there but at the expense of no work means no career growth. I remembered those time where we had to take calls from 10 pm to 11:30 pm after working our normal shift of 9 hours . So when there is any work, they would expect you to work whole day .

Low compensation. Favoritism . I have seen people in my team getting promotions without doing any work. You can't expect anything from your team manager.. Monopolisation of work. Few people are doing actual work and others just want to be a manager even the senior software engineer. Everything is paid here. No benefits.

Capgemini engineering is a worst company i ever seen. Firstly this company made up by 3 companies. Here no management, no care of employees, i felt everyday should I join meeting or not. The manager is always angry never helps. Only shouts in meetings, even the the team leaders are also dum they thinks if we gets knowledge from then someday will take place of them. What rubbish. Work life balance zero. Director, HR( she is one of faltu HR i ever seen), queen is manager Developer position and they give testing & RND work.😅

Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.

Over all it's a very bad place to work especially for freshers as a fresher I joined in 2022 April now it's October till now there is no hike no bonus it's almost 1.6yrs but no hike regarding work culture it's disgusting they give you training in 1technology and gives you work on other technology so it's 0 rating from my end.period

1. You have no choice to accept their projects even though its not matching your profile. 2. The Hr, Rmg and managers are terrible. 3. You have to be lucky to get tagged in a good project, other wise forgot the career growth. 4. Salary growth is very poor. 5. Internal politics is everywhere. 6. No other allowances than salary. 7. Company promotes hybrid working model but it depends on the project you get. The managers will never disclose all the details about project before you get tagged. Once you get tagged you will know the truth and you dont have option then.
