The company has tagine that "Get the future you want", and it lives in true sense. Being such a large organisation with global presence- the opportunities are enormous.

Dislikes

To be honest, with my 25+ years experience with multiple MNCs - I think Capgemini is at par. You get what you deserve.

Everything. Recruited me in Java role, placed in devops oriented monitoring role which I had no relation in skill set wise. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. Work life balance is good, leave easily approved, Offices are very well standard and facilitate mostly mumbai and Bangalore office. Various projects you can switch your skills or add on.

No job security. 60-70% protocols for termination, even if u work hard, if you can't do showoff infront of your manager, in her mind she thinks you don't have knowledge.
