Working culture is good. Very very few people are genuine. Skill development opportunities are really excellent. You can manage work life balance very well.

Dislikes

Vertical is as per technology not as per domain (which other organization have). Service line leadership fighting with each other. No robust process for performance rating. Still using bell curve. Real added valued resources are getting bad rating and leaving organization very often. Most of the senior designated leaders are of nouse. They don't have any skill or their skills has been rotten and outdated. They only delegates their work to others and playing blame games....Read More

Very bad appraisal, and no value for the loyalty. The hard work goes vain, nobody notices. No promotion..No proper recognition and benefits. No guidelines followed for the promotion, talent hunt.

No Hikes, No Promotions. Top Leadership is Old. They don’t understand the changing trends. They have not changed their mindset with the time. If you are lucky you may get some good project otherwise you will struggle.

Reporting to office schedule. We have to report in any location, no matter the team sits there or not. There is no need to report to office in that way but they still mandate us to report to office.

Work life balance is good, leave easily approved, Offices are very well standard and facilitate mostly mumbai and Bangalore office. Various projects you can switch your skills or add on.

For fresher there is very less increament, No bonus No gifts for dewali like festival as we are labour compalsary these things. But overall it's good

No job security. 60-70% protocols for termination, even if u work hard, if you can't do showoff infront of your manager, in her mind she thinks you don't have knowledge.

This company is worst in all the criterias listed above. I lost my job due to company politics & no support from the leadership/senior management when I was critically ill. The seniors never support you in the critical times and they play politics in order to get you out of the company. Girish Gulati Prabhat Goswami Snehasis Roychowdhury Apoorva Khanna These three ruined my career and life.
