In case the task required to be hurried, time was later given to relax, before starting a new task. Trainings were good and knowledgeable. As mentioned, job stability was not there. Once you are out of a project and HRs are not showing enough interest to get you interviews for new projects, you should understand that the company wants you to quit. You would immediately understand this shift in behaviour, once you are out of a project and no one contacts you for next three weeks.
