Capgemini policies are very much employee friendly and all this could be in your favour if your manager wants. The shift is only from Monday to Friday.

Dislikes

Well, the management, there is least sense of transparency amongst a hierarchy, it's very common to get misinformation usually from your seniors or HR even . Also every year the portal of timesheets are down for 3 months so salary of those months are delayed and in question. And taking break is very limited but only if you are one of the favourites of your manager you can definitely get away with it....Read More
