I feel even if the company is a great place to work the actual leaders can highly damage or improve the reputation of the company. If the managers are toxic eventually people would not want to work here. Hence there should be strict guidelines for all the senior level employees/managers/leaders to maintain a healthy environment for the each and every team member. Also, if there are issues in the project/ manager/ team no one supports you. You will have to continue working with them unless and until they release you. If we have issues regarding the manager, HR would not at all be helpful. They would always say, "Sorry as you are in project we cannot help you!" What is the use then? Not good for experienced Employees, no package raise, you may be forced to work out of your domain and perform well else kicked out.
