I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing.
