I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at capgemini. The work environment is far from ideal, and the company’s HR policies are downright awful. There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. Poor salary as per fresher.Same work done by fresher and experienced people but still a lot of difference in salary due to fresher tag. Shift allowance is a joke for early morning shift. 100 rupees per day for 6AM shift. Company policies are to exploit freshers and employees.
