I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at capgemini. The work environment is far from ideal, and the company’s HR policies are downright awful. There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Poor salary as per fresher.Same work done by fresher and experienced people but still a lot of difference in salary due to fresher tag. Shift allowance is a joke for early morning shift. 100 rupees per day for 6AM shift. Company policies are to exploit freshers and employees.
