HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees? I have all the documents and worked genuinely for all companies and requested to HR to check that period of time companies functioning or not. HR disconnected the call and no response for calls or messages. HR unprofessional behavior disappointed . My humble request all, Pls don't join Capgemini they not following any standard policies. Very bad appraisal, and no value for the loyalty. The hard work goes vain, nobody notices. No promotion..No proper recognition and benefits. No guidelines followed for the promotion, talent hunt.

The work timing are so flexible, atleast in my project. The client side technical team are so supportive and encourages to learn new technologies and gives a chance to implement in the project.

They ask us to come to office 3 days a week but you cannot visit the nearest office though you don't have a team to collaborate in the specified location they ask you to visit that office which is not even necessary atleast to complete the 3 days/week policy they can allow us to visit the nearest office. But how they can allow employees to be relax!! You need to travel extra 1 hour just to be in the office alone. They will give you promotions without any hike or just 1K/month as a hike....Read More

Safe and sound job as i was deployed at client site .No issues as such apart from 0 to 5% yearly hike only .

Dislikes

0 to 5% yearly hike hardly . No promotions . If someone has 10 LPA then 2-3% hike means nothing . Project change next to impossible though they have 18 months rule . 0 Variable for year you exit from company

No Hikes, No Promotions. Top Leadership is Old. They don’t understand the changing trends. They have not changed their mindset with the time. If you are lucky you may get some good project otherwise you will struggle.

Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.
