I was working in invoicing and reporting team. Overall I learned a lot. There was too much opportunity to learn and improve myself. But managers did not allow and tried to control. Also they informed us if we try to learn it wont be good for my career

HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees?
