I don't know about other projects, WBD is one of the old client they have, but if you ask employees in particular Apac shift, it's worst working here, the manager, senior manager and so called team lead are really worst, they have crossed the limit of micromanaging, won't allow for sick leave, not even proper KT, without that they ask you to work for more than 15hr, just you have to count your days and wait for right time, take the experience and go for another job. Because that's what other people did and moved to another job minimum within 6month of their job. Job security is the only thing which is the best thing about capg

HR management is the worst, even if you mail them 10 time they will not reply. Recently capg started back to office even for night shift but they close the office canteen and snack center after 9pm, if you can’t accommodate your employees then please do not call then at office during shifts. Also cab service been a stress, then don’t have home pickup/drop facility instead they have given me the metro train stop, I don’t understand how can i walk 2-3 km from my drop position to my home at 3 am ?...Read More

Basic work culture is good! Worked hard and got good ratings and promotion in 2 years of period.

Dislikes

No free food, Not even good tea, coffee. Hike is too low! Even with promotion, I got only 3 percentage. It's a heart breaking and if I asked it to HR team they are giving reason as not completing mandatory courses is a reason. Which is more painful to hear this silly reasons.
