I currently work at British Telecom with 19 CTC. I started with Deloitte stayed for 2 years, Next I moved to CovalenseDigital stayed for a year and joined BT. I’m with BT for past 1 year and my total years of experience is 4 years. Now I have received an offer from Telstra with 26 LPA, what should I do? If I change this will be my 4 org within 5 years.

Can I ask your role? What technologies do you work on?? I'm also in telecomm but worried about the future as this sector is not going through good times.

Switching companies at short interval does tend to effect your career , would suggest to switch or if possible negotiate with the current employer to match it , if not then post Switching to a newer company stay there for a good amount of time
