There is no proper promotions and salary they whom work with full efforts. Good organization only but Management level some miscommunication and misunderstood. So hardly I decided to move somewhere...so my suggestion to job seekers don't wait when you getting promotions try some where. Finally on conversation happened with my team mate he is 24years old boy he advised me brother you have lots of knowledge and ideas, so try somewhere companies will pick you as manager. 2 before I started to apply for jobs how grace my Thampi that's started now I getting interviews position as a manager. Now my hope will increased to 1000 times better comparing last two week. So don't waste and wait like me...
