Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - the worst job one can have, continuous overtime for 10+ hrs not realise that you are told to do. when you have not done calls according to system issue they don't make you count that its their fault but instead pay you nothing for that day. also if you are working their you'll not be promoted if you have bad survey even though the count of negative survey would mostly be the result of company policy to deny customer. you are considered only an active employ if you do have good survey.
pros-it was work from home.
Cons-so tl tried to get update on for every small thing from going washroom to break taking every related task. you cannot take break without permission of tl and he will give when there would less or no call flow.
a big thing that company does not entertain leaves they make you login even if you are travelling or even if you are sick.
they make you work on whole week and craft your week off according to their policies not when you need that no matter what you wanted off for and how badly you were looking for it.
if more than 2-3people are login they will ask yo login even on your off for the 8 hr.
they give you the review that you are getting improved and when my tl told that I received mail on 19 th march we do not need you any more because customer are unable to satisfy from you. because here my tl made me secretly work fr 19 days to his salary but I got option from hr: either to resign or either I'll be fired.
full of liers and disgusting policies that will make customers give us 3 star rating.
