Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
What alternative documents can I provide for employment verification?

Topics to prepare for First Source Senior Software Engineer interview:
I was able to clear 3 rounds & after the final round, I waited for the feedback but they didn't replied.
I then followed up with HR person, he said he will update by EOD.
I again waited for another 2 days but didn't receive any response.
Again, I called HR to follow up, he said the job position had been put on hold.
It was total waste of my time, I felt very bad because I prepared before every round & was confident on my skills.
