Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was getting interviewed post 3 years so I first interviewed at 2 companies for practice and to know the kind of question I could expect in such roles as I was looking for role progression. I didnt apply with any prospective employer I intended to be hired with until I was fully ready
I then gathered all different sorts of questions I was asked and wrote them down by following STAR technique to give structure to my answers. This made me sound confident, did not make me go blank at any question and l was able to think on my feet too on any surprise question I didn't prepare. Writing down everything helped me to introspect all my career achievements and challenges and helped me making my responses finer with every edit
do read JDs beforehand and if possible edit your resumes to match the requirement. I don't mean to falsify but use similar verbiage
