Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Well, I'm a fresher and I'm excited that I came across the concentrix . There was 4 rounds in the interview [HR -resume screening, AMCAT test , Versant test and manager interview] u need to pass each round to get the job...if u want to crack the interview u need to have communication skills, listening skills, grammar, creativity and lastly be confident...these are voice process actually and on the other hand for non voice process u need to have typing skills too just prepare the format and go , speak confident and do your best
