Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I wouldn't suggest this company because there is a lot of politics going on, on the floor where the team leaders will only support the agents whom they are interested in. And if anyone wants to be in a better position, then please back off for this company because there is no growth in this company. I have worked there for 6months and those 6months were a big roller coaster ride for me, when I had interaction with some previous employees I have got to know that there won't be a decent hike or increment after a tenure of 1 year.
