Need advice on career opportunities for experienced

I've been working in the current organisation from 16.5 years and my total experience is 20 years in .Net and Azure (4 years). I feel my salary(<30 lacs) is par below industry average. I feel my salary is not a major concern for me as long as I see a career growth and work satisfaction. But the lack of good project opportunities and expectation from the management for me to support multiple activities (tecnical support for multiple projects, proposals etc) without a client billable opportunity lead me to search for a new job. I had unsuccessful job applications with TCS (not ready to offer 40 lacs) and Microsoft (profile does not match requirement) I created my profile in Naukri and started applying for the best fit jobs. But I did not get any calls till now. Probably it takes more time. Can you share your thoughts on the best options available for a career growth for experienced employees?

Hey tech guys, there is an fake organisation called ETTA Global LLC and they say that they have their registration in USA and they hire employees in India to work for them in remote. But after extracting the work for a month or two they will tell that your performance is not upto the standard and they will pay. They will vanish and block you from contacting from all channels and you will be cheated finally. So beware when you get a call or opportunity on this company. Hello Guys, I am working in MNC and due to project requirement need relocate to kolkata. I am from north. Please advice if its good to move to kolkata in terms of career growth. I have heard that there is no IT growth, not many tech companies there, only office politics and manager boot licking works in kolkata. Are managers in kolkata very laid back with bad behavior as compared to other cities? I have seen videos of hdfc how manager was trashing his team. I know kolkata is a sweet place with sweet welcoming people if not considering IT sector or other corporate sector. Corporate and IT sector are really frustrated because of work culture and low salary, no hike plus managers behavior. Most of the Bengalis move to other cities like Bangalore delhi and other parts of India because of this. These things I have heard from bengalis itself those who are now settled in north with handsome packages. Why bengalis move to other state. Is this all true? I am really concerned.
