Salary negotiation issue

Hi team, Could you please anyone help me with salary negotiation I can go upto I have 9.5 years of experience in sap abap has senior software engineer what can I negotiate upto from IBM and other companies as well. Could some one help me out ASAP Thanks in advance!!!

[an assistant manager](username) I have total 9.3 years experience in that 7.5 yr in ecc and past from 2 years into ABAP on hana side,I have a certification in ABAP on hana 2.0, I currently I have 19 lpa and in that 8% variable but not based on performance it's based on company operating income in fy,i have received till now more than 8% ...please reply

Go with tcs as job security is your priority with such package. In tcs what grade or band you got? Is it manager or associate consultant? Also tcs will provide medical facilty to you and your family plus your parents too.
