There is lunch facility but not good quality,And like unity in the team but management doesn't like it.

There is no Job security in Zopper any time your manager ask for resignation in the Name of Down sizing the team. And no hierarchy of reporting, any time your HOD will offended to you and will plan to remove you.

Nothing. It’s a scam run by 2 lalas. They have made their old trustworthy employees go in an instant. Appraisal letters have been given in phases to some people and others are being sent here and there and eventually getting fired.

1. Work really hard for a year and you’ll still get no hike and get fired if the lalas and the chamchas don’t like you. 2. Everyone is always raising fingers on each other and the 2 lalas fire anyone they want anytime. Zero job security. 3. Managers are irresponsible and do politics 4. This year, they have done malpractice by changing people’s ratings on back end just to fire some of them. 5. Most of the staff is pretty nice, polite and helpful people. Hygienic and clean office. flexible working hours, depending on the department and manager.

Dislikes

They fire more than they hire, work culture is a joke. Zero job security. Thy might give appraisals but never really promote anyone. Most managers are mean, unhelpful and rude. Extreme Micromanagement. Incompetent people.
